Keeping it hot GMO and Gluten Free this Valentine's Day.
Step one: Cook two cups dry macaroni.
Better to undercook a little than over cook when it comes to gluten free pasta.
Step two: While macaroni is cooking grate two cups of cheese. Step three: Drain macaroni. Step four: Turn burner to low. Melt two tablespoons butter in pan and add back pasta. Stir lightly.
Step five: Add the two cups of grated cheese and one third cup half and half or milk. Stir as little as possible until just mixed.
Step six: Season with one teaspoon salt and pepper.
Step seven: Turn off heat and cover with lid to prevent overcooking.
