File Size: | 63149 kb |
File Type: | mp3 |
Sue Nesbitt is not new to competing or coaching at the national, international, and Olympic levels. She herself started at five years old competing in the water. Her career centered on synchronized swimming where she competed at Riverside Poly High School, and then went on to compete for the Santa Clara Aquamaids and beyond.
Sue then set her sights on coaching and spent years preparing future Olympic athletes using her insight on how to motivate and inspire what could be a group of unruly, rebellious teenagers, and turn them into dedicated and disciplined athletes. Sue coached seven Olympic hopefuls with her own daughter Stephanie coming home with Olympic bronze.
Sue shared some of her coaching secrets, and then Lee Egan from Clark's Nutrition provided more information to help those looking for reasons and guidelines on how to jumpstart their own exercise program get on their way to success!
