EASY TO MAKE BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
These are the ingredients we recommend you buy for one serving:
Add to blender:
1 cup ice
1/3 - 1/2 cup water to get blending started
1/2 Organic Pasteur's Raw Kefir
1/3 cup Earthbound Farms Organic Blueberries frozen or fresh
1/2 large or one small Organic Banana
1/3 cup Let's Do Organic Unsweetened Organic Small Flaked Coconut
1 Tablespoon Salba Chia Seeds
1 - 2 Tablespoons Raw Organic Honey (alternative is Raw Organic Agave) to help break up ice crystals
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend for at least five minutes for a smooth yummy tasting smoothie.
Can garnish with some coconut and a few whole blueberries.
