Don't throw out dried pomegranates since they can still contain juice that can be easily extracted.

This juicer has lasted about 25 years and juiced lots of fruit. It's electric and speeds up the juicing process. You can use a manual one as well, but can get one of these for about $20 so might be worth it. Did not want to even think about trying to get the seeds out, and no need with this juicing method.
